Options as a Strategic Investment
(4th Edition) by Larry McMillan
If you have any interest in options whatsoever, this is the book - Greg Morris.
A Note from the Author
Options As A Strategic Investment is considered the bible of the industry by many traders. When I wrote the first edition (1980), there were no futures options, there were no index options, and put options had just recently begun trading -- and were available on only a few stocks. Since then, all of these markets and many others have become very active. That's why I've kept updating the book every few years. The latest edition -- in addition to updating all the facts and figures regarding the basic strategies -- spends a great deal of time on the strategy I prefer to utilize the most in my own trading: volatility trading. As always, I've tried to offer a complete, clear, and concise explanation of all the concepts involved.
